Who we are

agentcivil.com is run by Brigen Consulting, which makes the AgentCivil tools. You can reach us through the contact form.

What this site collects

• What you send us. The contact form's name, email address, company, the tool you ask about and your message, so that we can answer you.
• A check against spam. The contact page uses Google reCAPTCHA, which looks at how the page is used to tell people from automated posts. Google's own privacy policy applies to it.
• The web server's logs. The address of each request, its time and the page asked for, kept to keep the site secure and working.

The site sets no cookie of its own and runs no analytics. Your choice of a light or dark theme stays in your own browser.

How long we keep it

An enquiry is kept while we are in touch about it and for as long as the work it leads to needs it. Server logs are archived and removed on a regular schedule.

Your licence account

Accounts, trials, seats and orders live on the licence portal, which has its own privacy notice.

Your rights

You may ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us through the contact form.
